The Church, of St Francis of Assisi was consecrated in 1935. It is of cruciform layout, Gothic styling and red brick.  

Services are in the Anglo-Catholic tradition, with daily Eucharist, and Sung Eucharist every Sunday and on festival days.

The large Church Hall is used for social activities and is available for hire.
